I can be pretty sure that he was not on duty. Though I can't ignore the fact that he did show me a police badge, and he carried himself with the disregard for respecting others that I have seen in many officers. I'm not saying all police are bad, but I think there is a growing minority that need better training. They can lose their badge for that. Secondly, a police officer would not be on duty during a movie unless he were an undercover, and at that point, would not be alone.
